The Best Mobile Roll Former In Arizona
The Schlebach Quadro Plus roll former is the Ferrari of mobile roll formers. Its known for producing factory-quality panels that meet the industry’s most stringent standards, but with the logistical freedom of on-site production.
Since our machine comes with a trained operator, your crew can focus entirely on the installation while we handle the technical precision of the fabrication.
Factory Quality, On-Site
Unlike standard portable roll formers, the Quadro Plus uses a forming process with 10-to-12 stations, nearly double that of competing roll formers. This higher station count allows for a more gradual bend, which virtually eliminates the roll former induced oil canning (visual waviness) often found in field-rolled panels.
- Tapered & Custom Profiles: We can produce complex conical or tapered panels on-site—profiles that are typically expensive, long-lead special orders from a factory.
- Rapid Changeover: With the rotating cassette system, we can switch between profiles (like a 1.5″ mechanical lock to a snap lock or nail strip) in minutes, not hours.
Note On Oil Canning: The causes of oil-caning are numerous, including installing metal over an uneven substrate or deforming the metal by over-torquing it with fasteners. However, a common cause is manufacturing panels with a mobile roll former that has a limited number of rolling stations. While the Schlebach Quadro Plus, with its higher station count, will significantly reduce the chances of oil canning, oil canning is still possible.
